You can easily check your order status online by logging into your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched, this will contain your tracking number. If you require more information, please email sales@frockandfrill.com and our customer service team will be happy to look into it for you.
We hope you love your order from Frock and Frill, but if for any reason it is unsuitable you can return it within 14 days upon arrival of your order. A returns form will be enclosed with your order, please fill this in with as much information as possible. Free returns are available for UK orders, please use Royal Mail label enclosed with your order. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer a free returns service for international orders.
